Who are we looking for?

You know your subject. We're looking for someone who is independent and has at least 2-3 years' experience of customer projects. We love to collaborate, and so do you. You must be self-driven and solution-orientated. 

You need to have good communication skills and make good summaries so that the team works well together. The team must always know where you are in the process so that projects are transparent and resilient, allowing everyone involved to plan time and resources. You love change and are willing to learn to develop yourself and others. Sharing knowledge leads to better understanding, and we believe that teams that understand what each other is doing will function better and be more effective.

Specialised areas

We work mostly in WordPress and need you who know a lot about online stores, integrations and are happy to create good customisation for special projects. Trippple has its own projects that you will be a part of. You may well have several areas of knowledge that broaden our horizons. We are committed to developing the team and want Trippple to be a place for ambitious people. 

Your knowledge

• WordPress Source Code: HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript you are used to coding in
• Good knowledge of WordPress logic for post types, taxonomies, widgets, plugins and themes
• You have good knowledge of Bitbucket and Github and work in the terminal (bonus if you also use Bedrock and Composer)
• Accustomed to working in a staging environment both remotely and locally

Network

You should preferably have an existing network so that the Trippple network can help develop your customers in new directions. No one can do everything, but together we can deliver broader and more specialised services - and hopefully land some big fish. When we get new assignments, we form teams with consultants who have the capacity and expertise to participate in the project.

Office in Farsund

Trippple is based in Farsund, almost at the southern tip of Norway, but has consultants from several locations. We don't have to sit together every day to work, but need to meet regularly to coordinate projects, brainstorm about customers and internal projects or just swap offices on certain days to build a good working environment. You don't have to be willing to move south, but perhaps you have family connections in southern Norway - and this is what you need to make the move home. With offices on the quayside in Farsund, we'd say you can't get any closer to the magnificent nature of Sørlandet. We like to say that "we live at the cabin all year round".
