Per-Kaare Holdal

Per-Kaare has extensive experience from public administration, both as an administrative manager and as an ICT manager. He has solid experience from the computer industry and started his career as a programmer in 1982 and became a computer manager in 1991. In recent years, he has been head of the joint department in Evenes municipality.

One of Per-Kaare's strengths is streamlining work processes with the help of computer solutions. In recent years, he has focused on digital services on the web to make public services simpler and accessible to citizens.
