We don't need to sit together every day to work, but we need to meet regularly to coordinate projects, brainstorm about customers and internal projects or just switch offices on certain days to build a good working environment.
We're looking for consultants who are independent and true craftsmen. You know your trade and have experience of customer projects. We love to collaborate, and so do you. A typical Trippple customer wants to buy expertise from one supplier instead of satellite buying services.
You should preferably have an existing network so that the Trippple network can help develop your customers in new directions. No one can do everything, but together we can deliver broader and more specialised services. With Trippple behind you, you'll be able to free up time to improve your core competences.
You must have good communication skills and make good summaries so that the team works well together. The team must always know where you are in the process so that projects are transparent and resilient so that everyone involved can plan time and resources. You love change and are willing to learn to develop yourself and others. Sharing knowledge leads to better understanding, and we believe that teams that understand what each other is doing will function better and be more efficient.
